In the management of equipment operation and operation, a unified and strict operating procedure should be formulated, such as the operation should minimize the solid content of the supernatant, strengthen the washing of the centrifuge during the start-up and shutdown period to reduce the vibration during operation, ensure that the equipment is in a good operating state, for the problems exposed in the operation of the equipment must be found and fed back in time, during the idle period of the equipment, the hidden dangers of the equipment should be maintained in a timely manner, such as regular cleaning of the supernatant reflux pipe, regular cleaning of the mud screw pump, Regularly clean the automatic flocculant dispensing device, do a good job of daily regular inspection and maintenance, so as to keep the equipment in a good standby state, but also to avoid accidental failures during the operation of the equipment caused by forced shutdown, to ensure the good and stable operation of the equipment.
2. Take a variety of measures to reduce the vibration of the centrifuge
According to our experience, if the bowl is not flushed thoroughly, the sludge will adhere to the drum during the centrifuge shutdown, then, when the next time the machine is started, the drum will be damaged due to uneven force, resulting in the destruction of the dynamic balance, resulting in strong vibration of the centrifuge---; +0.25mm, otherwise it will cause the centrifuge to be stressed unevenly and produce violent vibrations.
3. Reduce the solid content of the supernatant and reduce the wear degree of the centrifuge
We found in the production operation, if the sludge contains a large amount of sediment, and the solid content of the supernatant is higher in the operation of the centrifuge, if it is operated in this state for a long time, it can be seen from the schematic diagram of the centrifuge that because the supernatant is thrown out of the reflux tube, it has a high flow rate, which will cause the wear of the centrifuge bolt and the counterweight, resulting in the destruction of the centrifugal motor balance. Careful operation to reduce the solids content of the supernatant is of great significance to reduce centrifuge wear.
4. Wash the supernatant reflux tube regularly
In the production operation, if the solid content of the supernatant of sludge dewatering is relatively large, it is easy to cause the blockage of the supernatant reflux pipe, which will lead to the decrease of the solid content of the dewatered sludge, and the centrifuge will also vibrate due to uneven force, so it is necessary to carry out periodic cleaning of the supernatant reflux pipe according to the actual operation situation, the equipment has been supplied with a flushing water pipe of the same length as the supernatant reflux pipe, which can be inserted into the supernatant reflux pipe for flushing, but with this backwashing water pipe can not be thoroughly flushed, it will cause the supernatant reflux pipe wall to be thoroughly flushed with sludge, so that the centrifuge vibrates during operation, we will modify it to a rinse tube with a brush, which will allow for a more thorough flushing of the supernatant reflux tube. The cleaning cycle of the supernatant reflux tube is generally between 50---100 hours, depending on the solids content of the supernatant during centrifuge operation.
5. Clean the mud screw pump regularly
The sludge in the primary sedimentation tank of the municipal sewage treatment plant contains a large number of hairs, which is a substance that is difficult to remove by ordinary mechanical grids, and it is easy to block the sludge screw pump in the production operation, and it must be cleaned regularly to avoid the event of forced shutdown due to the blockage of the sludge screw pump when the centrifuge is running, and the cleaning cycle is generally between 50---100 hours.
6. Maintenance of flocculant automatic dispensing device
Because the aqueous solution of polyacrylamide is in a sticky state, and its solubility is relatively poor, it is easy to cause PAM, agglomerating and siltation in the pipeline of the flocculant automatic dosing device and on the agitator, such as we find that after long-term operation, PAM will accumulate on the static mixer, and will also agglomerate on the sensor (probe) of the hydrostatic level gauge, resulting in inaccurate indication results, resulting in equipment malfunction, so during the idle period of the equipment, regularly clean up the PAM in the flocculant automatic dispensing device, The resulting clumping and siltation is necessary to keep the equipment in good working order!
