HR series two-stage piston pusher centrifuge is mainly composed of oil supply system, machine base, pusher mechanism, bearing combination, drum and screen. It is composed of parts such as chassis and electric control cabinet. The pushing mechanism, the drum, the screen and other parts are supported on the frame by the bearing combination, the oil supply system is also supported by the frame, including the cooler, and the casing is supported on the frame through the bearing seat. The entire rotary body is connected to the main motor pulley by a V-belt. The control cabinet is a separate system. After the main engine runs at full speed, the suspension enters the distribution tray through the feed pipe, and under the action of centrifugal force, the suspension is evenly distributed on the screen of the first-stage drum, and the liquid phase is thrown out of the drum through the screen gap and the hole of the drum wall, while the solid phase is intercepted on the screen to form an annular filter cake layer. The first-stage bowl rotates and moves back and forth along the axial direction, and the filter cake is pushed forward along the axial direction of the bowl, and discharged through the aggregate chute in front of the second-stage drum. In addition to the traditional advantages of automatic continuous operation, continuous discharge, high production capacity, small grain crushing, and washable filter cake, HR series centrifuge also has the characteristics of high solid recovery rate, low filter residue moisture content, compact structure, no peak load, fast drying, and low vibration. And the parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, so the corrosion resistance is good.

Product Use

The HR series two-stage piston pusher centrifuge is a filter centrifuge with continuous operation. All operations are carried out at full speed: feeding, separating, washing, drying and unloading. It is suitable for the separation of crystalline or short fibrous concentrated suspension containing medium particles, and is widely used in chemical industry. Salt production, pharmaceutical, light industry and food industries are especially suitable for the separation of solid-liquid suspensions containing crystals or fibrous solids with a particle size greater than 0.08mm and a concentration greater than 40%.
