LWL horizontal filter sedimentation centrifuge

The LLW centrifuge is a kind of horizontal screw discharge, continuous operation of the filtration equipment. The drum and the spiral rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction and high speed, the material is continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the conveying screw by the feed pipe, and enters the drum after acceleration, under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and discharges the machine, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum to form filter residue, and the filter residue moves continuously to the large end of the drum to discharge the drum under the joint action of the cone component of the centrifugal force and the conveying spiral, and discharges the drum through the discharge chute.

GK type horizontal scraper discharges

After reaching the set time, the feeding stops, after a given time of separation and dehydration, the washing valve acts, the washing liquid enters the drum by the washing tube, and the filter cake is washed, and the separation is continued after the washing is over, so that the filter cake reaches the required dryness, and then the material is discharged, and the scraper holder rotates to make the scraper cut into the filter cake layer, scrape the filter cake and exclude it from the hopper.
