Today, the centrifuge manufacturer will introduce you to the daily inspection and maintenance of the centrifuge.
The centrifuge has a high separation factor, Fr ≥ 10000, and the size of the separable particles is about 0.5μm
The separation factor of the disc manual slag discharge centrifuge is as high as about 10,000, and it can separate particles of 0.5~1.0μm
The separation factor of the disc piston slag discharge centrifuge is 5000~10000, and the particles of about 1μm can be separated ≥
The membrane separation equipment can clarify the fine particles with a particle size of ≤1μm and the solid content of 0.5%~1%, so as to avoid the use of centrifuges with high speed.

1. Daily inspection
Check the height of the oil level, the oil temperature, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil of the front and rear spindles, the change of power consumption at the same processing capacity, whether there is any leakage of the separated mother liquor, whether there is normal noise, etc.
2. Weekly inspections
After the centrifuge manufacturer rinses the machine, it measures the time from the start of the main motor power supply to the complete stop of the drum, and records it for comparison.

3. Monthly inspection
1. Check the board mesh gap and record;
2. Depending on the oil analysis of water, acid and other substances, if it does not meet the requirements, replace it in time;
3. Clean the motor grille cover, safety cover;
4. Remove the magnet to remove the iron foam on the magnet, clean it with the solution and blow it clean with compressed air
5. Check the respirator for accumulation;
6. Check the loose parts of the machine. (For example, the front and rear copper sleeves, cylinder piston disc reversing valve stems, slide valves, etc., are replaced when they do not meet the requirements.) )
